Welcome to Branka's blog!
Branka offers Serbian language lessons to expats in Montenegro (via skype or in person).
English will allow you to get by without knowing much Serbian when you first arrive, often with the help of English speakers or sticking to other expats, but you'll get so much more out of life if you can have conversation in Serbian with the local people.
Knowing the language also opens up endless new friendships, and a deeper understanding of Montenegrin culture. I can help you there too with do's and don'ts, local customs or answer some of your questions within the lesson (and this blog).
Lessons are taylored individually for students of all ages with focus on practical everyday communicative situations rather than on grammar analysis and writing. Special emphasis is placed on listening and speaking.
Branka spent 16 years living and working in the UK. She also spent a year and a half teaching harp in Thailand. Branka is friendly, patient and outgoing and has experience working with children and adults in multinational and multicultural environments.
Lessons can be arranged on one to one bases or in small groups. What better way to learn than in a real life setting?
Please email Branka for fees and further info on brankap@hotmail.com
